Group Health Insurance Leads for Benefits Agents
Business owners asking about health coverage for their employees, generated for your states and sold to you alone. No long-term contract.
What Group Health Insurance Leads Are
· Reviewed by Hyder Shah, Founder of InsureLeadsGroup health insurance leads are business owners and managers who asked about health coverage for their employees. We build each campaign for the states you write, and every lead goes to one agency only: $45 for an exclusive real-time web lead, $65 contact-verified and $100 per interest-verified live transfer.
Selling to households instead? Under-65 health insurance leads are individual and family shoppers, and open enrollment leads cover the ACA season. Employers who want life coverage for their staff are on group life insurance leads.
What Group Health Insurance Leads Cost
| Format | Price | Terms |
|---|---|---|
| Exclusive real-time web lead | $45 | Sold to one agent and never resold |
| Contact-verified lead | $65 | Phone number and stated interest confirmed by a person |
| Interest-verified live transfer | $100 | Per connected call; screened for interest, not underwritten |

These prices are the ACA / Health row of our rate card. Fresh orders launch at $2,500: a $1,000 setup fee plus $1,500 of lead credit, because each order is a campaign built for one buyer. Live transfers launch at $3,000. There is no long-term contract.
Who Offers Coverage, and What It Costs
In 2025, 59% of firms with 10 to 199 workers offered health benefits, against 97% of firms with 200 or more. Those figures, and the premiums below, are from the KFF 2025 Employer Health Benefits Survey (KFF):
| Measure (2025) | KFF figure |
|---|---|
| Firms with 10–199 workers that offer health benefits | 59% |
| Firms with 200 or more workers that offer health benefits | 97% |
| Average annual premium, single coverage | $9,325 (up 5% in a year) |
| Average annual premium, family coverage | $26,993 (up 6% in a year) |
| Average worker contribution toward family coverage | $6,850 |
KFF limited its 2025 sample to firms with 10 or more employees, so these numbers say nothing about the smallest employers. Two prospects come out of the table: the firm with no plan, which is pricing coverage for the first time, and the firm with a plan, which is paying an average family premium of $26,993 and watching it at every renewal. Ask which one you are talking to before you quote.
How Group Health Leads Are Generated
InsureLeads generates leads through organic search on our own insurance content and through managed paid search and social campaigns run for each client. Prospects submit their own details on our landing pages, where TCPA consent is captured with a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate. We do not buy exclusive leads from third-party data brokers.
Every order starts with the states you are licensed in, because no fresh lead exists until a campaign is built; how it works walks through the launch, and how we source leads sets out each channel and the checks every lead passes.
Group Health Insurance Lead FAQs
Business owners and managers who asked about health coverage for their employees. InsureLeads generates them for one agency’s states and sells each lead to that agency only.
They are priced on the ACA / Health row of our rate card: $45 for an exclusive real-time web lead, $65 for a contact-verified lead and $100 per interest-verified live transfer. Fresh orders launch at $2,500 and live transfers at $3,000. Aged group health leads are not available yet.
The buyer is an employer choosing a plan for a workforce, not a person choosing a plan for a household, so the sale turns on headcount, contribution and renewal date. If you sell individual and family coverage, order under-65 health insurance leads instead.
How many employees they have, whether they offer coverage today, when it renews and what share of the premium the business pays. A firm with no plan today is a different conversation from a firm shopping its renewal.
Yes. Exclusive web leads, contact-verified leads and live transfers each go to a single buyer and are never resold.
