Standard live transfers are interest-qualified only. Pre-qualified transfers add partial underwriting (health questions, medications, tier determination) and deeper intent confirmation before the handoff. Close rates are materially higher because objections are resolved before you pick up.

If you do not connect within the buffer window, or the transfer does not meet the agreed criteria, the transfer is replaced at no charge. Specific terms are confirmed during onboarding.
