How We Source & Verify Every Lead

Where the leads come from, how consent is captured, and what we verify before a lead reaches you — in plain language, because a lead you can trust starts with a source you can see.

InsureLeads generates leads primarily through organic search on our own insurance content and through managed paid search and social campaigns run for each client. Consumers submit their own information on our landing pages, where TCPA consent is captured with a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate. We do not buy exclusive leads from third-party data brokers, and aged records are always labeled and priced as aged — never sold as fresh.

Where our leads come from

Lead source is the single biggest driver of quality, and most vendors will not tell you theirs. Here are our three channels and exactly what each one means for the lead in your CRM.

ChannelWhat it meansWhy it matters to you
Organic search & owned contentPeople who find our insurance content on Google while actively researching coverage, then request a quote.Self-initiated, high-intent. The consumer started the conversation — no incentive, sweepstakes, or survey wall.
Managed paid campaigns (per client)Search and social campaigns we run for a prepaid campaign client, targeting their states, vertical, and audience.Exclusive to that one buyer. Consent is captured on our landing page, not bought from a data broker.
Aged data (à-la-carte only)Older opt-in records, clearly labeled and priced as aged — never sold as fresh or exclusive.Honest labeling. You always know whether a record is real-time exclusive or aged before you buy.

The exact organic-vs-paid mix varies by campaign, vertical, and state. On any exclusive campaign we will tell you which channels are feeding your leads before launch.

How every lead is verified before delivery

  1. Consent capture — every web lead passes through a landing page that records TCPA consent language with a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate at the moment of submission.
  2. Contact-data validation — phone and email are checked for valid, deliverable formatting before a lead is released.
  3. Interest & vertical match — the lead is confirmed against the coverage type and state the campaign targets.
  4. DNC & quiet-hours screening — records are screened against Do-Not-Call and calling-window rules relevant to the vertical.
  5. Delivery to a single buyer — exclusive leads are routed to one agent and never resold.

What we do not do

  • We do not resell exclusive leads to a second buyer.
  • We do not source exclusive leads from incentivized surveys, sweepstakes, or co-registration walls.
  • We do not relabel aged data as fresh or exclusive.
  • We do not guarantee a number of sales or policies written — no honest vendor can control your close rate.

A note on this page’s honesty

InsureLeads sells insurance leads, so we have a commercial interest in how our sourcing is presented. We have kept this page to facts you can verify on a call: the consent certificate on your leads, the channel mix on your campaign, and the replacement terms in writing. If any claim here does not match what you experience, tell us — accurate sourcing is the product.

Frequently asked questions

Where do InsureLeads leads actually come from?

Primarily from organic search on our own insurance content and from managed paid search/social campaigns we run per client. Consumers submit their own information through our landing pages — we do not buy exclusive leads from third-party data brokers. Aged records are sold only as clearly labeled aged data.

Are the leads exclusive or shared?

Real-time exclusive web leads and live transfers go to one buyer and are never resold. Shared and aged formats are labeled and priced as such, so you always know what you are buying.

How is TCPA consent handled?

Consent language is presented on the landing page and a TrustedForm or Jornaya certificate is captured at submission, creating a timestamped record of consent for each lead. Records are also screened against Do-Not-Call and quiet-hours rules for the vertical.

Do you guarantee a number of sales or policies?

No. We guarantee lead exclusivity, consent documentation, and our invalid-contact replacement policy — not sales outcomes. Close rates depend on your offer, follow-up, and market. Any vendor guaranteeing policies sold is making a claim it cannot control.

What happens if a lead has invalid contact information?

Submit it within the return window and it is replaced under our lead replacement policy. See the replacement policy page for the full terms.
