Vendor Profiles

Insurance Lead Vendor Profiles

What each vendor sells, how they define exclusivity, what they require as a minimum — and whether they will show you a price without a phone call.

How this market actually splits

Insurance lead vendors divide on one line before price: whether they publish terms at all. Of the vendors profiled here, one publishes a rate card and four quote by phone. Exclusivity is the second line, and it is defined differently by nearly every vendor that uses the word.

Every value was read from that vendor’s own public site on the date shown on its profile page. Blank fields mean the vendor does not state it publicly — that absence is a finding, not an omission on our part. No third-party review scores appear here by policy: they cannot be reliably re-verified. Last reviewed 2026-08-27.

What to ask any vendor before ordering

Most of this market will not publish terms, so the evaluation happens on a call. Get these seven answers in writing before money moves.

  1. What is the per-unit price at the volume I would actually buy?
  2. What is the minimum order, and is it a lead count or a dollar floor?
  3. Is the record sold once ever, or once per vertical?
  4. Is there a contract term, or can I stop after one batch?
  5. What is the credit policy for a disconnected number or wrong-party contact?
  6. What consent evidence comes with the record, and who is named in it?
  7. What happens to the record after my exclusivity window closes?

Our own answers are published rather than quoted: the rate card on pricing, the ordering model on how it works, credit terms on the lead replacement policy, and sourcing on how we source leads. There is no long-term contract on any lead product, and aged leads carry no minimum spend.

Frequently asked questions

Which insurance lead vendors publish their prices?

Very few. Across the vendors profiled here, only Aged Lead Store publishes a per-lead rate card on its public site. Datalot (now Centerfield), Benepath, Lead Heroes and Hometown Quotes all quote by phone. That is why the comparison below leads with "publishes pricing?" rather than with a price.

Why do so few lead companies publish pricing?

A quoted price can be set per buyer, which is worth more to the seller than a public rate is. The practical effect for an agent is that two vendors cannot be compared without two sales calls, and the number you are given reflects what the salesperson thinks you will pay.

What is the single most important question to ask a lead vendor?

How exclusivity is defined. Vendors use the same word for very different products: sold once ever, sold once per vertical, or exclusive for a window and then resold as aged. The answer changes the value of the record more than the price does.

Are these profiles reviews?

No. They record structural facts read from each vendor’s own site on a stated date — what they sell, which verticals, exclusivity, minimum order and whether a price is published. They deliberately carry no star ratings, because third-party review scores cannot be reliably re-verified.
