Lead Replacement & Return Policy

Exactly what we replace, what we don’t, and how to submit a return — written plainly so you know the terms before you buy, not after.

InsureLeads replaces any lead with invalid contact data — a disconnected or wrong number, an undeliverable email, a duplicate, or a lead outside the state or vertical you specified — when you submit it within the return window on your order confirmation. Replacement covers data validity, not sales outcomes: a prospect who does not answer or does not buy is not a defect, and no honest vendor replaces those.

What qualifies for replacement

✅ Replaced (invalid data)❌ Not replaced (not a defect)
Disconnected, invalid, or non-working phone numberProspect did not answer or could not be reached after valid attempts
Wrong number (does not belong to the named prospect)Prospect is no longer interested or changed their mind
Undeliverable or fake email on an email-delivered leadProspect did not buy a policy
Duplicate of a lead already delivered to youReturn submitted after the window on your order confirmation
Lead outside the state or vertical your campaign specifiedAged leads beyond the labeled age (aged data is sold as-is by definition)

How to submit a return

  1. Flag the lead in your delivery channel or reply to the delivery email within the return window shown on your order confirmation.
  2. Include the lead ID and the reason (e.g. disconnected number, wrong state).
  3. We review the record — including the consent certificate and contact data — and confirm.
  4. A qualifying lead is credited or replaced with a fresh lead of the same type. No back-and-forth required for clear invalid-contact cases.

Prepaid campaign & refund terms

  • Campaigns are prepaid; work begins once payment clears.
  • The setup / campaign-launch cost is non-refundable — it funds real work (targeting, landing page, TCPA consent capture, routing).
  • Delivered lead volume varies by state, vertical, targeting, and market conditions. It is delivered over the campaign cycle, never sold as a locked fixed count.
  • Invalid-contact replacement (above) applies throughout the cycle.

Frequently asked questions

What is InsureLeads’ lead replacement policy?

We replace leads with invalid contact data — disconnected or wrong numbers, undeliverable emails, duplicates, or leads outside your specified state or vertical — when you submit them within the return window on your order confirmation. Replacement is for data validity, not sales outcomes.

Do you replace a lead that did not answer or did not buy?

No. A no-answer, a not-interested prospect, or a lead that did not convert is not a data defect — it is normal for any lead source. We replace invalid contact data, not sales results. This is standard across reputable lead vendors, and any provider promising otherwise is over-promising.

How long do I have to return an invalid lead?

Returns must be submitted within the return window stated on your order confirmation. Flagging invalid contacts promptly — ideally as you work the batch — keeps the process fast.

Is the campaign setup fee refundable?

No. On prepaid campaigns, the setup and campaign-launch cost is non-refundable because work (targeting, landing page, consent capture, routing) begins once payment clears. Delivered volume varies by market, state, and vertical, and is never sold as a fixed guaranteed count.

Do you guarantee a number of policies sold?

No. We guarantee lead exclusivity, TCPA consent documentation, and this replacement policy — not sales. Close rates depend on your offer and follow-up, which no vendor controls.
